The process was seamless. Discussed our plans with Oz, and he planned most everything. We had a couple appointments already lined up, but wanted to fill the day with different tours and vineyards. He gave us an itinerary and after a couple minor tweaks, we were on our way! He even suggested places where we could pre-order lunch.
The Trip:
Oz picked us up right on time and we were on our way. We rented the Mercedes sprinter van and it was clean and immaculate. Not a spec of dust in the entire vehicle. The seats were comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed. As we drank amazing wines and enjoyed the views, Oz was always there when we were wrapping up. On the second day, he even picked up our pre-ordered lunch.
Overall:

Oz was friendly and easy to work with to make the reservation and payment and provided information about our driver and car prior to our tour day. Our driver Johnny arrived early and in a clean and comfortable Tesla X. This was a perfect car for the four of us. Johnny drove us to the wineries we arranged and kept track of our time and schedule so we we stayed on time. We ended up staying at the last wineries much longer than expected. I contacted Johnny and he quickly confirmed we could extend our time. It was so nice to be able to not rush out. Johnny took great care of us for the day and Oz made the logistics easy. We already had reservations at wineries so it is quick and easy to work with Oz to secure our car for pick-up and confirm our schedule for the day. He day before, he confirmed the details for the day and provided the details for our driver, Johnny, and the car he would be in. Johnny arrived a few mins early in a new Tesla X complete with water. He drove us to three wineries for the day. He dropped us off and picked us up right in front. He texted a reminder at the end of our appointments to make sure we had time to wrap up and get to our next place on time. Our last appointment ran way over so we needed to extend our time with Johnny. He immediately confirmed he could do it. It was so nice to be able to make this adjustment during our trip. There were 6 of us ladies and every single one raved and has said they will definitely tell our friends heading out to wine country to give Oz a call. Oz did such a great job communicating everything, including personal calls to finalize details, that it made our whole trip easy and relaxing. We decided to forgo the rental car from the airport and also used Oz to drive us from SFO to Sonoma, then had two days of wine tours, followed by him taking us to San Fran. All of our pick-ups were timely (if not a little early even) and confirmed with texts when arriving, which helps when coordinating 6 of us. The wineries were just what we were all looking for and beautiful to visit. Lunch stops were wonderful. Oz also surprised us on our second day with the party bus, which was above and beyond anything us girls expected! I would recommend Oz to anyone planning a wine country tour and in need of a driver! read less

A co-worker of mine, suggested Phenomenal Limos & Wine Tours. First I must they were prompt! Our guide Oz, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to play our own music which got more and more fun as the wine flowed. Oz, happily took us to get some lunch and let us eat on the way to the next vineyard appointment. Because of PLWT, it made our wine tour more memorable.I would highly recommend "PLWT" to anyone who wants to have a "phenomenal" time in Napa. Oz will give you that!! read less
